MLInnovate Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates mlinnovate.pro and related ML innovation services from Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry details: name, email address, phone number, company name, solution interest, team size, budget range, consultation date preference, and message content submitted via our contact form.

- Communications: records of email, phone, or in-person correspondence when you engage with our innovation lab team.
- Project data: datasets, model artefacts, and experiment logs provided by clients during contracted ML lab engagements, handled under separate data processing agreements.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare lab proposals, and deliver contracted ML prototyping, validation, and MLOps services.
- To improve website performance, security, and user experience through aggregated analytics.
- To send marketing communications about MLInnovate programmes where you have provided express consent, with an option to unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis for collection
We collect personal data based on your consent (contact form submissions, cookie preferences, marketing opt-in), contractual necessity (delivering ML lab services you have engaged us for), and legitimate interests (website security, service improvement, and fraud prevention), consistent with the PDPA's consent, notification, and purpose limitation obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to maintain site functionality and analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You may accept or decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner. Browser settings can also limit cookie storage. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the contact form or browse our site.
Third-party service providers
We may share personal data with hosting providers, email platforms, analytics tools, cloud compute infrastructure, and ML experiment tracking services that process information on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for active lab projects or legal compliance. Analytics data is typically aggregated and retained for up to fourteen months. Client project data is retained according to the terms of the relevant statement of work or data processing agreement.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encrypted transmission where supported, and secure handling of ML datasets within our lab environment.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we ensure that the recipient country provides a comparable standard of protection or that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place, consistent with PDPA transfer requirements.
Children
Our services are directed at business clients and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen years of age.
