These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website mlinnovate.pro operated by MLInnovate Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201582937E), with registered office at 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent, #05-15, Singapore 139951. By accessing this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Website use
Content is provided for general information about our ML innovation lab services. You may view and download material for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute content without written permission from MLInnovate Pte. Ltd.
2. No professional advice
Information on this site does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. ML model outcomes depend on data quality, integration context, and operational factors. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements and statements of work.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract. We may decline projects at our discretion. Statements of work, master services agreements, or purchase orders signed by both parties supersede website descriptions and indicative pricing.
4. Pricing and currency
Catalog prices are indicative estimates in Singapore dollars (SGD) excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Final pricing appears only in formal quotes or signed contracts. Compute and cloud infrastructure costs for MLOps engagements may be billed separately as specified in your statement of work.
5. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable in SGD by electronic funds transfer or corporate card within net-thirty days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted under Singapore law, whichever is lower.
6. Cancellations and changes
Project cancellations or scope changes require written notice. Work performed to the cancellation date is billable. Deposits for reserved lab capacity may be non-refundable as specified in your statement of work.
7. Refunds
Prepaid Sprint Lab or innovation sprint engagements may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs at least fourteen business days before the scheduled start and no deliverables have been shared. Custom ML development fees are generally non-refundable once the experiment design phase is complete.
8. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our MLI solution collection, lab methodologies, pre-existing tools, and generic model components. Client-specific deliverables, trained models, and proprietary datasets remain your property subject to contract terms. Licence grants for MLI tools are defined in project agreements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, MLInnovate Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or ML innovation services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to website use is limited to SGD 500 unless a higher cap is set in a signed contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.
10. Warranties
The website and general marketing materials are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Model performance commitments and service-level agreements apply only where expressly documented in a signed statement of work.
11. Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Singapore law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
